Registration Fee includes
- Entry to all sessions
- Morning and afternoon coffee breaks
- Lunches (Tuesday-Wednesday-Thursday-Friday)
- Attendance at Welcome Reception (November 6 - Monday)
- Attendance at Conference Banquet Dinner (November 9 - Thursday)
- Delegate Bag and materials
- Entry to Industrial Exhibition
- Facility Tour (November 10 - Friday)
Cancellation and Refund Policy
Any changes and cancellations must be communicated in writing to the MEDSI2023 Local Organizing Committee at MEDSI2023@ihep.ac.cn.
- Cancellation before 24:00 UTC+8 on October 15, 2023: Refund with deduction of $110 USD or ¥700 RMB for administrative costs.
- Cancellation after October 15, 2023: No refund.
Refunds will be made through the original payment method. This policy also applies to extra tickets for outings and social functions.
